The directors have pleasure in presenting their report together with the audited financial statements of the Group
and of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2016.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
The principal activities of the Company are those of property management and investment holding.
The principal activities of the subsidiaries and associates are production of security and confidential documents,
oil palm production and processing and production and sale of bank notes as described in Notes 16 and 17 to the
financial statements, respectively.
There have been no significant changes in the nature of these activities during the financial year.

There were no material transfers to or from reserves or provisions during the financial year other than as disclosed
