34. SEGMENTAL INFORMATION

(a) Business Segments:

The Group’s major business segments are:

(i)

Production and trading - Production and trading of security and confidential documents.

(ii)

Oil palm production and processing.

(iii)

Investment holding and property management - Investment holding, rental and management of commercial properties.

The directors are of the opinion that all inter-segment transactions have been entered into in the normal course of business

and have been established on terms and conditions that are not materially different from those obtainable in transactions with

unrelated parties.

(b) Geographical Segments

The Group’s geographical segments are based on the location of the Group’s assets. Sales to external customers disclosed

in geographical segments are based on the geographical location of its customers. The Group’s three business segments

predominately operate in two separate geographical areas:

(i)

Malaysia - the operations in this area are principally printing and trading of security and confidential documents, property

management and investment holding.

(ii)

Indonesia - Oil palm production and processing.
