Our People

We endeavour to provide healthy, safe conditions in the

workplace. And we give everyone an equal opportunity to

succeed and thrive within our corporate culture. Every day,

we aim to meet national and international labour laws in

every country where we operate. We also promote greater

empowerment, gender parity, inclusion and wellness in all our

people.

Our workforce spans across 2 countries, and our diversity is an

advantage. Diversity is valued because it energizes our people

and encourages collaboration, and innovation. Considering

diverse points of view results in better decisions and solutions for

the Group and its stakeholders. We also expect our employees to

be respectful of such differences and to treat one another with

courtesy and respect.
