The Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee were dissolved with effect from 24 May 2017 following the establishment of the NRC.
In addition to the above, all Directors of the Company have complied with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) of not holding more than 5 directorships in listed issuers at any given time. This is to
ensure the Directors do not have competing time commitments that may impair their ability to discharge their responsibilities
effectively. The list of directorship is annually tabled to the NRC and the Board for noting.
